Пассажиропоток ведущей российской авиакомпании «Аэрофлот» достиг почти 11 миллионов человек и увеличился на 15.2% по сравнению с первыми четырьмя месяцами прошлого года. Выручка на пассажиро-километр увеличилась на 9,7% за тот же период. Об этом сообщила сама компания. А вот загрузка мест незначительно уменьшилась. 

Другая новость от авиаперевозчика: заключено партнерство с отечественной фирмой«Йота» - единственным в мире производителем смартфонов с двойным экраном. Вся информация пассажиру информация будет отображаться на втором экране YotaPhone 2, который работает даже при полностью разряженной батарее.

According to news from Russia's top airline Aeroflot sassenger traffic for Aeroflot Group in the first 4 months of this year reached 10.9 million passengers up 15.2% year-on-year. 

Group revenue per passenger kilometres also rose by 9.7% year-on-year for January through April and the company posted 8.9% year-on-year RPK growth. Seat loading decreased by 0.4 percentage points yoy and by 0.3 p.p. year-on-year to 75.4% according to the latest report.

In April 2015, Aeroflot Group passenger traffic was 2.9 million, up 15.1% year-on-year and the airline#s traffic was 2.0 millionn in April 2015, a year-on-year increase of 4.3%. On domestic routes, Group traffic and RPKs grew by 33.2% and 28.2% year-on-year, respectively in the month of April. This growth was driven by increased flight frequencies and carrying capacities on high-demand routes according to Aeroflot. Group traffic over international routes was down by 3.4% and RPKs were down by 3.6% year-on-year, respectively. The Company’s growth along international routes was supported by a decrease in competition over decreased flight frequencies to Russia by several foreign carriers. 

Also in news from Aeroflot, the airline announced a partnership with Yota Devices, the maker of the world’s first dual-screen smartphone. The partnership paves the way for broad-based collaboration between Russia's premier air carrier and the nation's only major technology hand held developer. Now Aeroflot passengers can check flight information on the YotaPhone 2’s always-on second screen, and Aeroflot Bonus members can access their loyalty card as well. This means you no longer have to worry about not being able to retrieve information about a reservation if your phone runs out of juice, because it will always be available on the YotaPhone 2’s second screen, which works even when the battery is completely discharged. The new features are now available in the latest version of Aeroflot’s app for Android devices on Google Play.
