This video is a few years old, but perfectly illustrates Putin's no-bullshit governing style. Watch as he dresses down a roomful of businessmen, including uber-oligarch Oleg Deripaska. Look at how terrified they all are! You'd have to have a vivid imagination to even dream about Barack Obama treating George Soros in a similar manner.
