Video confirming use of ballistic missiles by the Ukrainian military in the village of Dmitrovka in eastern Ukraine.
Deliberate targeting of civilian areas with ballistic missiles can be a war crime contrary to Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which forbids collective punishments of civilians. The US military has confirmed Ukrainian usage of ballistic missiles.
