Twitter Goes Full Anti-American -- Purges Military Hero for Conventional Conservatism

Big tech's big brother operation is out of control -- Trump should step in

Former Iraq War veteran Jesse Kelly liked to use his Twitter account to promote conservative values. Then, without so much as a warning, his account was removed permanently from the platform.

This is just the latest iteration of Twitter’s Orwellian censorship program. It began by targeting white nationalists and conspiracy theorists but has quickly caught up to the more mainstream right. Meanwhile, ANTIFA accounts that promote violence and espouse anti-American terrorism are protected by the platform.

Kelly, who frequently appears as a Fox News contributor and has a talk radio show about politics that airs in Houston, appeared on ‘Tucker Carlson Live’ last night to expose the dangers of Twitter’s Big Brother push:

“Why did Twitter take you off its platform?” Carlson asked Kelly.

He responded by saying: “Nobody knows. Twitter kicked me off the platform because I was a mainstream voice on the right that spoke the truth. They’ve given me no explanation [after] they told Congress they would give explanations.”

Kelly made the point that we are all Alex Jones now.

“They did exactly what I said they would do,” Kelly added. “They came for Alex Jones first because he’s a nut job and they wanted to see how the right would react. They got him and I knew they were coming for me. And they will come for you too.”

This blind censorship push by the wanna-be thought controllers of Silicon Valley is also impacting individuals on the Left. Meghan Murphy, a feminist writer known for expressing dissident opinions on transgenderism, has been punished repeatedly by the platform for attempting to create a dialogue. She explained:

After dutifully deleting the tweets in question in order to gain access to my account again, I tweeted, angrily, “This is fucking bullshit, @twitter. I’m not allowed to say that men aren’t women or ask questions about the notion of transgenderism at all anymore? That a multi-billion dollar company is censoring basic facts and silencing people who ask questions about this dogma is insane.” This tweet went viral, racking up 20,000 likes before Twitter locked my account again on Monday morning, demanding I delete it. This time they offered no explanation at all — not even a vague accusation of “hateful conduct.”

A bipartisan consensus of anger is developing toward these social media corporations as they become more Draconian in their censorship measures. It has come time for President Donald Trump to secure the existence of the digital public square from sackless beta males like Twitter CEOs Jack Dorsey.
