Security cameras capture a child narrowly escaping a massive piece of steel and glass falling from Donetsk's Donbass Arena football stadium.

The stadium was hit by Ukrainian Scarab ballistic missiles on Monday, a serious field munition.

Many Donetsk civilians were not as lucky. At least 12 civilians have been killed and 27 wounded from recent Ukrainian shelling.

The attack also broke thousands of apartment windows -- all of this is happening just before winter.

As a direct consequence, many families will live with broken windows in freezing temperatures, as there is a shortage of glass and construction material in war-devastated Donetsk.

Only two years ago, the 52,000-seat stadium, hosted English and French football fans on European Championship 2012.
