James Clapper told NBC's "Meet The Press" that Russians are genetically programmed to infiltrate glorious western democracies. Whatever you say, Dr. Mengele.

Former Director of National Intelligence and current doctor of eugenics James Clapper has a message for all you brave Democrats on Tinder: Never share your pure, democracy-loving bodily fluids with a Russian.
After all, as Clapper correctly points out, Russians are "genetically driven" to hate Democracy.

Clapper said during a Sunday interview on NBC's "Meet The Press":
If you put that in context with everything else we knew the Russians were doing to interfere with the election, and just the historical practices of the Russians, who typically, almost genetically driven to co-opt, penetrate, gain favor, whatever, which is a typical Russian technique. So we were concerned.
Let's play a game. Replace "Russians" with "Muslims", "blacks", "women", "Latinos", "bi-curious Eskimos" or the big no-no: "Jews"—then watch as an avalanche of outraged Daily Beast op-eds and Rachel Maddow scream-fests break the internet.
We've left the realm of baseless conjecture. We're now bravely goose-stepping towards a future where it's perfectly fine to suggest that Russians are genetically programmed to interfere in "democracies".
Take a moment and think about that.
Let's move on to Morning Headlines.
