'MH17 Inquiry' Has Blockbuster Proof BUK Videos Were Faked (Video)

Videos allegedly showing separatist or Russian Buk anti-aircraft systems are not what they seem

Last week, I wrote about the first episode of a groundbreaking new documentary, MH17 Inquiry, which promised to blow the lid off the case of Malaysian Airliner MH17, which was destroyed over Eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014. The second episode promised to contain a blockbuster.

It did not disappoint.

Titled The Elderberry Bush, the episode analyzes two videos popular on YouTube allegedly showing a "Russian" Buk anti-aircraft system in Donbass rebel-controlled territory, allegedly on or about the same time MH17 met its end.

The producers of MH17 Inquiry noticed something very unusual in the first video, allegedly shot on July 17th, 2014. It contains an elderberry bush in full bloom. Although those who made the video apparently attempted to obscure it by blurring the video, they were unsuccessful.

Why is this bush important? Botanists interviewed for the episode confirmed that elderberry bushes only bloom in the Donbass from May to June - meaning the video had to have been shot at least one month earlier than late July.

As second Buk video, allegedly shot on July 18, also showed a tell-tale sign of having been shot earlier than mid-summer - the bright green foliage was indicative of spring, i.e., months before the downing of MH17.

Besides this, there is no evidence, according to the documentary, that the Donbass rebels ever possessed more than 1 captured Buk system of their own - while the Ukrainian army had and continues to have many such systems in its inventory.

All told, there appears to have been a concerted effort on the part of someone to falsely implicate the Donbass rebels and Russia.

It is also a fact (not mentioned in this episode) that it was Ukrainian air traffic control which diverted MH17 over the conflict area in the first place, which was off its scheduled flight path.

Could the preparations for framing Russia for the shootdown have been planned months in advance?

The revelations of this episode should stimulate renewed assessment of who is actually to blame for the downing of the doomed airliner. MH17 investigation watchers should surely be anticipating the remaining installments of this thought-provoking film.
