The truth is we will never know who hacked the DNC, and at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter

The latest on the DNC hack is:
An unholy alliance of the neocon media, the Obama administration, and the Hillary campaign, in that order of importance, are building a tsunami of a narrative that the Russians must have done it in an effort to boost Trump.

Problem with this: no evidence, just speculation. Yes we know some "experts" are saying something, but that is the thing about "experts", a whole raft of them can be assembled the next day to categorically state the opposite. It is meaningless.

Deductive reasoning is more helpful. One reason the claim doesn't add up is that the released emails are from before Trump was a serious contender in the campaign, and as to who did it, Assange points out that the DNC has been hacked many times, and has publicly complained about it.
The truth is we will never know who hacked the DNC, and at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter.
And as Patrick Buchananan pointed out in a column yesterday, who cares if perhaps the Russians did it? If anything, America should thank them for exposing the rot in our political system. The column is entitled: If Putin is Behind the DNC Leak, He Deserves a Pulitzer
Assange is promising more embarrassing Hillary leaks. One month ago he warned that he had enough material to convict Clinton, and would release it in good time. Few people took him seriously. They should have.
We suspect that his data bombs will be strategically timed to do maximum damage to the Clinton campaign, which explains why this one went off at the start of the convention. It would make sense for him to make his most devastating releases in the weeks leading up to November 8.
One thing is clear, Assange is out for blood. He made clear in February that he believes Clinton is a force for evil in a post on his Wikileaks website entitled: A Vote For Hillary is a Vote for Endless, Stupid, War.
What video below is a must-see interview with Assange from Monday evening by the invaluable Democray Now team (reader-funded by the way).
It is instructive to listen to what Assange himself has to say is in the emails, which is being obscured by the hullabaloo about Russia, clearly a deliberate tactic by the Clinton campaign and the neocon media which is desperately trying to save a sinking candidate.
The next few months should get veeeery interesting.
