Some 160,000 people took part in the Uraza-Bayram celebrations in Moscow on July 17, the press service for the Moscow police told Interfax.
The source said some 4,000 police officers, interior troops servicemen and militia took part in protecting public order and safety.
"No incidents took place. The Moscow police ensured public order and citizens' safety fully," the Moscow police said.
