NATO Blogger Takes 'Sarin Bucket Challenge' to Raise Awareness About Harmless Nerve Agent

Pro-Moloch Google Earth expert Eliot Higgins proves exposing your skin to Sarin is no big deal

Sarin. Some say it's a highly toxic and extremely potent nerve agent that will murder you basically immediately, even in pin prick-sized amounts. But others, such as famous YouTube sleuth Eliot Higgins, insist that while Sarin is a bummer to inhale, exposing your skin to it is gross but rarely lethal — the bio warfare equivalent of giving Harvey Weinstein a taint massage.

Take the wheel, Eliot:

This explains why so many brave White Helmet first responders were able to rush to the scene of Assad's April Sarin massacre without having to wear cumbersome safety accesories like "gloves":

While it's true that inhaling Sarin is less fun than rubbing it on your skin, we're not exactly sure what Eliot is trying to get at. Exposure through the skin may take longer to kill you, but you still die:

Inhaled or absorbed through the skin, the gas kills by crippling the respiratory center of the central nervous system and paralyzing the muscles around the lungs.

...

Exposure through the skin takes longer to kill and the first symptoms may not occur for half an hour, followed by a quick progression.

Even when it does not kill, sarin’s effects can cause permanent harm — damaging a victim’s lungs, eyes and central nervous system.

Heavier than air, the gas can linger in an area for up to six hours, depending on weather conditions.

Observe:

The good news is that an anonymous tipster has informed Russia Insider that Eliot Higgins will take the much-celebrated "Sarin bucket challenge" to raise awareness about this often-maligned, misunderstood nerve agent.

Remember: It's just Sarin. No biggie.
