In the Now refutes yet another spurious claim from the vaunted 'Guardian'

The Guardian says a decision appears to have been taken that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's links to Russia should be played down. TV channels intentionally don't mention his Chechen descent. All because it can undermine Putin's reputation of a man who defeated terrorism- the Guardian says 'insurgency'- in Chechnya and the rest of North Caucasus. In the Now we say why it's unlikely.
