Right-wing populist candidates like Marine Le Pen and Frauke Petry are seeing a surge in support - but not if the mainstream media has anything to say about it

The western mainstream media remains in a state of total denial and stubborn resistance to the victory of right-wing populist candidate Donald Trump in November's US election.
Now European media is doubling down on efforts to smear populists in countries such as France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK, who riding the coattails of Trump, may be poised for victory in 2017.
