Eternal dream of perfection

The first ballet performances were organized during the time of the tzars in the 17th century, and since then it began to gain popularity not only in Russia but all over the world.

The universal attraction can be easily explained: Russian ballet, with all its gracefulness and figurativeness, is a reflection of the Russian soul and the eternal dream of perfection.

Nowadays ballet is no longer an elitist art anymore, being widely available to mass audiences. Millions of people admit that watching Russian ballet is an absolute pleasure.

How could they possibly be wrong?
