To give you an indication of how far gone things are in the US and on the CNN, here is a clip from yesterday featuring Paul Bengala, a Clinton ally and family friend telling millions of Americans the only thing left to do for the US is to decide whether its "massive retaliation" against Russia should also involve "blowing up the KGB, GSU, GRU":

“We were, and are, under attack by a hostile foreign power and... we should be debating how many sanctions we should place on Russia or whether we should blow up the KGB, GSU, or GRU [Russia’s foreign intelligence agency]. We should be retaliating massively.”

Bengala ran Bill Clinton's 1992 campaign and is now a regular pundit for the CNN.
